Received my product with in time, it's wonderful
I got a second hand tag less product, of pathetic quality, fabric was awful, fitting was poor. Now they are saying that the product is without tag so we can’t refund, although I got the parcel without a tag & now they are not admitting it. Anyhow I have wasted my three thousand on that lousy product & cancelled the other orders. I thought it to be my responsibility to give comments & make people aware of the fact.
One more thing they immediately deleted the negative comments.
First of all you get this message on order confirmation that 'we don't offer exchange during sale' after agreeing on this we confirm your order. We asked you to dispatch your product because if its true whatever you have said our exchange department needs to check the product if its in unworn condition with all the tags intact then we will exchange ( just to remind we were going against our policy but offering you exchange) Today we checked your product with a video proof, and your product is in exchangeable unworn condition only tags are not there. Our department approved your exchange/refund in case you want to return it. Kindly note we have huge number of clients and any request takes time to process, customers patience is highly appreciated. We are not a random XYZ company who don't own what they sell. If there is any issue our staff is there to serve you always.
Since you didn't cooperate sharing your correct measurements, we are unable to calculate your right fit and suggest other products.
