1. 30 Days Easy Exchange Policy

If you think you have ordered a wrong size or for any reason you don't like your purchase, merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. 

2. Complete This Exchange Form

You May Exchange any product other then panties and shapewear from your order, just use this form by filling it out and sending it back to us along with your return shipment. 

3. Repack Merchandise 

While repacking your exchange items please make sure all the exchange items are included that you wish to return and labels are intact. 

4. Ship The Item Back to Losha.pk

You may send the exchange items back by using TCS or any other courier of your preference. 

Please note:

• If your requesting exchange items(s) are out of stock, we'll automatically email a credit voucher of the returned item's invoice value
• First exchange will be free
• For more than one exchange, customer will bear the courier charges
