If you think you have ordered a wrong article or, for any given reason, you don’t like your purchase, merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the following requirements:
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged
- The Order ID must be attached
Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, standards of hygiene must be maintained. Therefore, certain items will NOT be exchanged. These include: panties, babydolls, bodysuits and any other lingerie set or item that includes panties, silicone bras also all products under Accessories. Kindly ensure your order accordingly. In case of exchange, the customer will dispatch us the product and we will send replacement as soon as we receive the parcel. If there is no product available for exchange, a coupon of the credit amount will be given to you, after deducting the courier charges.
